Important Notice Regarding The Use of This Site

 

 

Dear Valued YTB Partners and Peers,

 

We are very pleased to provide this resource for our team and the members of our peer organizations.  The content of this site provides information in support of the privately managed E-Travel Training Center-Colorado Springs (ETTC-CS).  We want to be very clear in stating that much of the content on this site is NOT OFFICIAL YTB PROVIDED MATERIAL.  This site should NEVER be used in place of the resources found in your back office, but rather to supplement the material in your back office.  Below are some things that must be kept in mind regarding the use of this site:

 

1)    This site IS NOT a marketing site.  It is a resource for YTB RTAs who choose to utilize the E-Travel Training Center as a resource.  Under no circumstances should a prospective business owner be directed to this site prior to them becoming RTAs.  It is for support purposes only for current YTB business owners.

 

2)    ALL MATERIALS USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE YTB LEGAL DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO BEING USED.  THIS REQUIREMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RTA UTILIZING SAID MARKETING MATERIAL.  This policy and YTB effort is being taken to protect all of us!  For further information regarding this YTB policy, please reference the Terms and Conditions/Policies and Procedures posted in your back office.  Material may be submitted to YTB for approval at legalsupport@ytb.com.

 

3)    Your use of the content of this site is done so at your sole discretion and should only be used according to the Terms and Conditions stipulated by YTB.  In using the content of this site, you acknowledge that no member of the Reese Family, Board of Directors or YTB directly will be held liable for any situation arising out of the misuse of this site or the use of this site outside the Policies and Procedures as stipulated by YTB.

 

Please understand that this disclosure is not being made because we feel any content on this site is questionable.  We are not the authority; YTB is and for good reason!   YTB operates "above the letter of the law" and bleeds integrity in every aspect of its operation.  It's our responsibility to make sure we operate our own YTB businesses at the same caliber to ensure that YTB is here for all of us for many, many years to come.  Like Coach always says, "If it's not true, don't say it and if it's not right, don't do it."
